    Most estates carry risk nobody has measured. We assess yours objectively, as your advisor and not the facility's,
    and tell you what would actually fail.

    Objective

    On-site, evidence-based scoring against the things that genuinely cause outages.

    A clear picture of where the danger is and what it would take down with it.

    Actionable

    A documented report you can act on, budget against and defend.

    Who we work for The assessment is written for the party paying for it. Where the facility is someone else's, we still report to you.

    What we assess.

    Four domains, and the checkpoints inside each one. Every checkpoint is scored against the same framework,
    so this year's assessment can be compared with next year's.

    The point of it

    What the assessment changes.

    The estate is the same. What changes is that you now know which racks are green, which are amber,
    and which one is the outage waiting to happen.

    The report is the product. It is written so that somebody who was not on the survey
    can pick it up, see what matters and start work.

    Scored, not vague

    Every area scored against a consistent framework, with the single points of failure called out by name.

    Prioritised fixes

    What to fix first, why, and what it protects, with planning-level costs, not a wish list.

    Photographic evidence

    Every material finding photographed and referenced. Nobody has to take our word for anything.
