        Route

        Direct routes, planned before the day, with the load's location known throughout.

      2. 02

        Timing

        Collection and delivery booked to each site's hours, down to a loading bay that closes at four.

      3. 03

        Access

        The way in and through each building checked at both ends, down to the goods lift that will not take a pallet.

      4. 04

        Contingencies

        A fallback agreed for each move. If the far end isn't ready, kit can wait at a cleared waypoint in secure storage, fully accounted for.

      The move, plus the engineering at each end of it. Kit comes out of one rack and goes into another.

      The logistics inside a data centre migration, planned and run with the rest of the move.

      Between moves Kit can wait in cleared, monitored storage until the destination is ready.
