Retired kit still carries risk. A data-bearing device holds its data until it is erased or destroyed, and every asset stays a compliance obligation until its disposal is on record. We handle both, securely, and prove it on paper.
Chain of custody from rack-out to disposal, with nothing unaccounted for.
Certified data destruction and WEEE-compliant disposal, fully documented.
A certificate for every asset, and an audit trail your compliance team can rely on.
Kit removed, tracked and accounted for from rack-out to disposal.
Data wiped or media destroyed to standard, with a certificate for every asset.
Responsible recycling and disposal, fully documented for compliance.

Pick an asset type. These are typical routes, and a faint one applies only to some units. Your data policy decides between erasure and destruction for each type of kit.
Serials, locations and data-bearing status are recorded at the audit, before a single machine is powered down. Everything after that, every scan, every handoff and every certificate, is checked back against the same list.
An asset tag applied and scanned against the serial number, with the hall, row, rack and U position recorded.
Out of the rack, onto the vehicle and into the processing site, each move is a scan against the same tag.
The processed list is checked back against the audit list, line by line, before a certificate is issued.

Data destruction certified per serial number, not a blanket letter for the pallet.
Every scan, every handoff and every weight ticket: the complete record of every item.
Where kit has residual value, it is recovered and reported, offsetting the cost of doing this properly.
A specimen with example data. Hover an item to find it on the certificate.

A bank decommissioning a legacy estate needed every data-bearing device destroyed and proven destroyed, to a standard its regulator would accept.
Client identifiers withheld; figures rounded.
We handle the whole life of an estate, and that includes its end. The same discipline that builds and runs your hall retires it: tracked, evidenced and proven on paper.
Scheduled into the migration, refresh or office move that retires the kit, and worked from the same asset records.
Erasure or destruction is set by your data policy for each type of kit, and witnessed where that policy requires it.
A certificate for every data-bearing asset, and a full audit trail for every item.
A rough asset list, the site and your data policy are enough to start. We will come back with the audit approach, the route for each type of kit and a specimen of the paperwork you will receive.
