01Overview
Planned before anything moves.
Moving IT equipment, whether it is a server room, an office floor or a full building, needs careful planning and experienced hands. We manage the whole process, from survey and planning through decommissioning, packing and transport to installation, network configuration and post-move testing.
The physical work is scheduled around your business, usually in the evening or over a weekend, to a plan agreed with your IT, facilities and business teams. Every item is on a move register with its old and new location, and every desk and service is tested before handover.

Common questions
Can the move happen outside working hours?
Yes. We plan the physical work for evenings or weekends where the business needs it, agreed with your teams in advance, so people leave a working system and come back to one.
Do you handle the network and configuration as well as the physical move?
Yes. Installation covers network configuration and system integration, and every service is tested after the move before we hand over.
We are moving into a new office. Can you do the fit-out too?
Yes. Our Workplace Technology team covers new offices from the duct to the desk: cabling, WiFi, AV, comms rooms and devices, under one contract.
Can equipment be stored between the old site and the new one?
Yes. Equipment can be held in our secure storage, climate-controlled, inventoried and asset-tagged, until the new site is ready.
