We install racks, mount equipment, patch cables and document everything, working to your standards and specifications, from a single rack to deployments run in several cities at once. Every install is handed over with full documentation, so your team can take it on from day one.

02Rack elevation
A rack, built the way we hand it over.

Positioned, levelled, bonded
The rack goes in on its marked position, levelled, earthed to the hall’s bonding and secured. Managers and PDUs are fitted before any equipment.

Heaviest kit first
Storage at the bottom, then compute from the bottom up, then switches and patch panels at the top, each on the correct rail kit.
- 03
Patched and dressed
Fibre and copper patched to the schedule, routed through the managers, bend radii kept and cords cut to length.

Labelled and documented
Every device, port and cord labelled at both ends, then recorded on the elevation, the inventory and the patch schedule.

Do you work to our labelling and patching standards?
Yes. We work to your standards and specifications. Where there isn’t one, we agree a labelling convention and patching rules with you before work starts and use them on every rack.
Can you run large deployments across several sites?
Yes. We have run rack, cable and configure projects in four cities in parallel, with an on-site manager at each location reporting to one programme manager, and one methodology throughout.
What do we get at handover?
Rack elevation drawings, equipment inventories, patch schedules and labelling records, so your operations team knows exactly what is installed and where it connects.
Can the equipment be configured before it arrives?
Yes. Our Staging & Configuration service receives, configures and tests equipment off site, so the only job left in the hall is the physical install.
