We build data centres. So we know what to look for.
Optronix designs and builds data centres, and works every day with the operators, developers, contractors and clients who use them. That puts us on every side of the deal, so we know what a requirement really needs and what a facility can actually deliver: the power that is really available and when, the cooling, the density, the connectivity and the date it is ready.
With more than 2,000 data centres in our network, we find the right space for enterprise, AI and hyperscale clients, whether that is 500 kW or 100 MW and beyond. We also work with clients to buy and sell data centres, and DC-capable greenfield and brownfield sites. The search, the shortlist and the negotiation are free to you: our fee is paid by the data centre.
